WHAT IS THE HABITAT HOME STORE?
The Blount County Habitat Home Store sells used materials donated by individuals and local businesses at affordable prices to the public. All proceeds from the Home Store go toward building Habitat homes.
By purchasing used materials from the Home Store you are supporting Blount County Habitat for Humanity in our mission to build simple, decent, affordable homes for low-income families in our community.
For every $5 you spend at the Habitat Home Store a 2x4 can be purchased in a new Habitat home.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT TO FIND AT THE HOME STORE? Windows, doors, paint, hardware, lumber, tools, lighting fixtures, kitchen cabinets, refrigerators, ovens, mattresses, furniture and more! Items are donated daily so each trip you will find something new.
Are you a do-it-yourselfer? The Home Store is the first place to visit for inexpensive renovations!
Call the Habitat Home Store at 865-379-9299 to schedule a pick-up for large items you wish to donate. Due to the price of fuel, the Habitat Home Store is able to pick up donations of large items only within a limited area.
