Please print off the volunteer registration form and a release and waiver form and return to Habitat.

Adult volunteer registration and release and waiver form
   Everyone must have this form signed before you can volunteer with Habitat

Minorvolunteer registration and release and waiver form
       This form must be signed by a guardian for anyone under the age of 18
